Hassell is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Coordinator to join our Sydney team. This role will play a crucial part in expanding our client engagement and winning work across Australia and supporting our business development strategy. You’ll work closely with the Leadership Group and Client Leader to drive the client program and manage the submissions process.

The Business Development Coordinator is a core role within the team. You will provide support and assistance across all facets of the business, including studio operations, staff, leadership, projects, business development, events, and day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate roll out of global client program
• Support document production, contract preparation, meeting coordination
• Assist with business development document production
• Coordinate and manage business-related events, including liaising with internal and external stakeholders, vendors, and maintaining budget and records
• Assist with maintaining the CRM database and keeping it up to date
• Work collaboratively with the bid team to support on fee proposals and other collateral when required

As Senior Graphic Designer you'll work on every aspect of our creative outputs whilst helping mentor and coach the wider design team.

Some of the things you'll be working on...

- Digital content creation for web and social media: designing and managing assets for our website and social media channels including EDMs, social media content, web banners (static and animated) 

- Lead and mentor an established team of talented mid level designers

- Delivering high-quality design for print collateral and our tri-annual print publications: The Local Project, The Commercial Project, The Local Marketplace 

- Creating and managing documents and presentations for clients as well as internal use 

- Working collaboratively with the wider design team to deliver outputs on time and to brief 

Experience you'll need... 

- Proven experience as a Senior Designer, ideally with a minimum of 2+ years operating at a senior level

- A motivated leadership style with a can-do attitude.

- Advanced skills across the Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator 

- Intermediate knowledge of After Effects, Premiere Pro, Figma and Woodwing

- A strong portfolio of work across web, print and social media channels

- Previous experience in print publications highly regarded, as is knowledge or interest in architecture

About the role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join the FIS legal team as an experienced Corporate Counsel for the APAC region supporting FIS’ financial technology business in that region. FIS’ business in APAC continues to experience rapid growth in supplying technology solutions that cover the myriad of requirements sought by banks, financial institutions, exchanges and corporates in the region. What you will be doing:

• Review, prepare and negotiate information and technology services contracts, software licenses, and other outsourcing and information services agreements for services and products provided to financial institutions and other business entities.
• Perform legal research and analysis on commercial contract and information technology law issues, as well as software licensing, payment processing and payment services, including data security and privacy, technology development, and commercial services.
• Advise business colleagues on areas that include software licensing, data security, privacy and regulatory matters, and commercial contract disputes.

What you will need:

• You must possess the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with customers, colleagues and opposing counsel, and be able to work collaboratively with other team members, both within the FIS Legal team and in other groups. You must also be able to mentor others in their professional legal development.
