Hassell is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Coordinator to join our Sydney team. This role will play a crucial part in expanding our client engagement and winning work across Australia and supporting our business development strategy. You’ll work closely with the Leadership Group and Client Leader to drive the client program and manage the submissions process.
The Business Development Coordinator is a core role within the team. You will provide support and assistance across all facets of the business, including studio operations, staff, leadership, projects, business development, events, and day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate roll out of global client program
- Support document production, contract preparation, meeting coordination
- Assist with business development document production
- Coordinate and manage business-related events, including liaising with internal and external stakeholders, vendors, and maintaining budget and records
- Assist with maintaining the CRM database and keeping it up to date
- Work collaboratively with the bid team to support on fee proposals and other collateral when required
- Driving client listening and bid feedback
- Coordinate beneficial relationships with key industry bodies and organisations
