The Opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced people leader to join our team in this key role. As the Customer Support Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our Customer Support Centre operations relating to our Parts team by maintaining operational standards, conducting regular activity reporting as well as handling escalations from both internal and external customers.
You will lead a team of Customer Support Reps who provide support and administration relating to Komatsu Parts, this includes but not limited too; interpreting customer part requirements, quoting, ordering & tracking orders through the supply chain, whilst ensuring they deliver outstanding service to our customers, whilst building strong relationships and ensuring a high satisfaction rate.
Role Located: Fairfield, NSW
