Senior Director, Integrated Marketing ANZ

We are searching for a Sr. Director, Integrated Marketing, ANZ to join Procore’s Marketing Team. This role is responsible for developing and executing multi-channel marketing strategies that effectively support business expansion and customer acquisition, in order to drive new growth opportunities across multiple territories. The Sr. Director, Integrated Marketing, ANZ will own and drive strategic plans that align with sales goals, while fostering strong in-country brand affinity. This role is responsible for the development of highly engaging campaigns that effectively reach both individual customers and broader audiences, ensuring a cohesive and impactful marketing approach. 

The Sr. Director, Integrated Marketing, ANZ will report to the SVP, Growth and Integrated Marketing, and will be based in our Sydney office. We are looking for someone to join us immediately.  

What you’ll do: 

  • Strategy Development:

    • Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies that align with overall business goals and objectives.

    • Lead the creation of annual and quarterly marketing plans, ensuring alignment across all marketing channels and departments.

  • Campaign Management:

    • Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, email, content, events, and traditional marketing.

    • Ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all channels and touchpoints.

  • Team Leadership:

    • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and accountability.

    • Provide guidance and support to team members, helping them achieve their professional goals.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:

    • Lead efforts with local sales account managers, solution specialists and product marketing teams to align marketing efforts with revenue goals.

    • Collaborate extensively with regional teams to ensure the success of strategic accounts. 

    • Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling marketing materials and campaigns.

  • Data-Driven Decision Making:

    • Utilize data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of integrated growth campaigns and initiatives.

    • Generate insights and recommendations to optimize marketing efforts and achieve better ROI.

  • Market Research and Analysis:

    • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.

    • Use insights to inform marketing strategies and tactics.

  • Technology and Innovation:

    • Stay current with marketing technologies and trends, implementing innovative solutions to enhance marketing performance.

    • Oversee the selection and management of marketing tools and platforms.

 

What we’re looking for: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred

  • 15+ years of experience in Marketing, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role, with a focus on global strategy and integration, preferably in the SaaS industry 

  • Strategic thinker with broad functional experience spanning consumer insights, brand strategy and marketing, product marketing, strategic planning, portfolio management, promotion, and digital and social marketing

  • Proven success in developing and implementing integrated strategic Marketing plans

  • Ability to effectively use technology and tools to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of Marketing processes  

  • Data-driven with a focus on Marketing attribution, driving positive ROI on Marketing efforts, and optimizing those efforts to ensure successful delivery of results

  • Proven track record of influencing, leading, and facilitating large scale strategic initiatives with multiple senior stakeholders 

  • Demonstrated success in 

  • Driving process improvements in a global workplace

  • Inclusive leadership style with an emphasis on driving results 

  • Developing high performing team members

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and collaborative skills (including presentation skills) across levels, with an ability to persuade and influence, and the ability to build enthusiasm and commitment

  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced environment

  • Will require regular business travel
