Established financial services company with circa 300 employees and a presence in each state is looking for a manager to run a small team overseeing the company's cloud, infrastructure, network and cyber security operations. They are seeking a team lead / manager that can provide oversight and strategic direction of the function, but who can also be a solutions architect and even, in extreme circumstances, helping the team with 3rd level issues. Job duties:
Lead the company's IT Security and Technical Services functions, reporting to the group CTO and overseeing a small team.
Continuously review and update information security policies and procedures
Continuously seek opportunities to improve and simplify information technology security management, working with external vendors and industry leaders
Provide leadership and direction for technical services, ensuring seamless operations of infrastructure and cloud environments
