THE ROLE: PROJECT COORDINATOR

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Analyst to join our Hotel Pricing Optimisation Squad within our Advanced Analytics tribe. This is a pivotal role which will help drive key initiatives aimed at improving guest experience and value perception through strategic pricing optimisation. We’re looking for a Construction Project Manager that will manage all construction projects within the GYG network. Based in our NSW Head Office, this role will develop a suite of approved guidelines relating to GYG construction standards to be utilized in all future designs and constructions. 

Duties include, but are not limited to:

• All real estate preconstruction consulting and approvals are completed
• Statutory submissions and site requirements are submitted promptly
• Provide project feasibility analysis to support new restaurant expansions along side GYG’s development management team
• Manage the design process which includes briefing documents, scope documents, fee proposals, and consultant engagement
• Estimates and tenders for each project are managed

Functional Analyst is responsible for engaging with various stakeholders to design and govern our eCommerce and Customer Experience solutions. You will play a vital role in our eCommerce transformation into a headless Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) solution.

This role reports to the Group Solutions Manager - Commerce and Customer Experience and takes responsibility to develop the roadmap and enhance the Endeavour eCommerce and CX systems.

• Work closely with the project team to build our new Commerce and Customer Experience solutions and ensure a smooth transition to operations.
• Provide application continuous improvement and deliver upgrades and projects to maintain the Salesforce Commerce Cloud product.
• Proactively engage with stakeholder groups to understand business needs.
• Analyse and translate business needs into solutions and initiatives by managing components of initiatives/projects.
• Develop, review, and govern functional specifications and documents that define the desired outcome of system enhancements/developments.
• Participate in system testing, training, user acceptance, and validation testing of solutions and production changes and upgrades to applications and systems.
• Work with external vendors to provide the most effective and efficient solution to meet business needs.
• Maintain compliance with audit, application security, application role design, and segregation of duties findings.
• Assist with governance and release of system changes to production.

As the Business Improvement Lead, you will report to Group Services Optimisation Lead, and be responsible for delivering sustainable cost and value outcomes for the business.

This role will lead end to end business, operation and process diagnostics across our Endeavour Drinks business which will include finding ways to optimise and uplift process capability and providing a roadmap for business improvement and workforce development.

• Identify value creation/ optimisation opportunities for target business or functional areas (focus on property, network and third party spend areas). Support the development of a project pipeline enabling bottom line business benefits 
• Review baseline operations profile, ways of working and processes relevant to target spend area 
• Define business problems and develop early hypotheses on potential opportunities. Validate hypothesis with key business stakeholders
• Provide understanding and insights into business transformation, process and organisational design and change management and present findings to the steering committee at a senior management level, develop and manage regular progress status reports.
• Design and implement new operating models; including people, process, and technology to support opportunity hypothesis
• Support the delivery of transformation projects within a specified time frame and drive the implementation of the opportunities to achieve improved systems, processes, procedures and best practices
• Support the delivery of process change that challenges the cost of doing business, by identifying and valuing opportunities for improvement. This includes effectively collaborating with a broad range of key business stakeholders to support productivity model overlays, and on-going performance convergence relative to budgeted / forecasted metrics.
