As part of Endeavour GO and Simpler for Hotels, this role will see you supporting with the business critical rollout and introduction of Activity Based Rostering and Labour Standards into Hotel Operations.

As the Business Process Analyst you'll work as part of the Endeavour GO and Simpler for Hotels team to ensure that activity based rostering transition for hotel operations is successful. As part of the Simpler for Hotels team, you will be key to the Workforce Planning and Productivity function supporting our venues by leading workforce and labour analysis to maintain and improve on our hotels team.

Identifying opportunities in business processes, supporting with process mapping and supporting materials to further embed process adoption into Hotel operations.

Here is a taster of what you can expect in this role:

  • Ensure the consistent delivery of a great team experience and guest metrics.
  • Utilise tools and methods to refine/streamline the processes that support the implementation of Activity Based Rostering, business process mapping and communication.
  • Support and challenge the delivery of labour standards through consistent process adoption.
  • Partner with State, Operations and Venue Managers and Simpler for Hotels program team to implement activity based rostering using tools to support a team first implementation.
  • Partner with State Managers and Operations Managers and complete analytics required to identify opportunities and support workforce planning across hotel operations
  • Support the delivery of process change that challenges the cost of doing business, by identifying and valuing opportunities for improvement. This includes effectively collaborating with a broad range of key business stakeholders.
  • Coach, support and develop the Hotel Operations Teams and Business Partners on activity based rostering best practices, ensuring that the hotels implement and embed the program.
