Project Managers support the agency by ensuring the high quality and consistent delivery of projects. Working under the broad direction of senior staff, they are responsible for managing the design, planning, development, implementation and evaluation of project outputs. The Specification Manager will focus on establishing and growing Burgtec's presence within the Melbourne CBD market. The primary objective is to target particular architects and designers, building strong relationships to drive the specification of Burgtec products. The role involves hybrid working conditions with 30% in the showroom and 70% visiting architects and specifiers.

What you’ll do

About you

About the Role

As a Senior Business Development Manager you will play a critical role in driving business growth for Ofload in Australia. You will identify and pursue new business opportunities with major Australian freight customers, establishing strategic partnerships, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders. You will work closely with the broader Commercial team, including Marketing, and Analytics to develop and execute effective business development strategies that align with Ofload's objectives.

What You’ll Do

• Identify and target new business opportunities to expand Ofload's customer base in Australia.
• Develop and implement effective business development strategies, in line with company and team goals (OKRs), to achieve revenue and growth targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, understanding their freight requirements and providing tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with the broader Commercial team to develop compelling sales pitches, presentations, and proposals.
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and generate leads.
• Lead negotiations and contract discussions with potential clients to secure new business partnerships.
• Provide regular reports and updates on business development activities, sales pipelines, and progress towards targets and underlying goals (OKRs).
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in business development.

What You’ll Bring

• Proven experience as a Business Development Manager, particularly in a Senior role within comparable organisations
• Strong understanding of the Australian logistics - and specifically road freight - market, industry trends, and customer needs.

We are seeking a highly skilled and adaptable Technical Project Manager, specializing in cloud technologies, particularly Microsoft Azure, for a 6-month contract role. This position is pivotal in overseeing our cloud migration projects, transitioning from on-premises infrastructure to Azure and multi-cloud environments.

Responsibilities:

• Lead public and private cloud platform build deliveries, with a focus on Public Cloud Enterprise Landing Zone delivery.
• Ensure alignment with Azure CAF (Cloud Adoption Framework) and WAF (Web Application Firewall) in delivering cloud solutions.
• Drive standardization of shared and reusable public cloud services for enterprise usage.
• Experience in Colo Private Cloud Platform build delivery is desirable.
• Manage cloud migrations, including VM Ware and Oracle Databases, from on-premises to multi-cloud environments.
• Conduct workload migration analysis, wave planning, scheduling, and execution.
• Implement effective change management and hypercare post-migration.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders, ensuring a smooth and efficient transition to cloud infrastructures.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager in cloud technologies, specifically Microsoft Azure.
