The Senior Product Manager - Data & AI will deliver new data products to bring these principles to life into all parts of our business including merchandising, operations and support functions across retail and hotels. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Analyst to join our Hotel Pricing Optimisation Squad within our Advanced Analytics tribe. This is a pivotal role which will help drive key initiatives aimed at improving guest experience and value perception through strategic pricing optimisation. The role will combine a strong customer focus with the latest techniques & methodology, to contribute meaningfully to our Advanced Analytics vision of “An Endeavour where data and AI fuel people across the group to create our more sociable future”.

The ideal candidate will be fascinated by how systems and services influence guest value in front of house interactions, this may be informed by retail, commercial, hospitality or other relevant industry experience in Australia. This role will involve collaboration with the product manager, internal SMEs, and specialist data roles, within the squad, and across other squads in Advanced Analytics to ensure the outcomes delivered are desirable, feasible and viable.  The Business Analyst will also assist in managing stakeholder relationships with our key customers in ALH Hotels (part of the Endeavour Group).
