In this role, you will lead Governance, Supplier Risk Management (SRM), and Sustainability operations to drive the Procurement Strategy and optimise value across Endeavour. You'll manage a small, dynamic team, fostering strong collaboration with Category Management, Procurement Operations, Senior Leaders across Endeavour.
Together, you'll develop and oversee a unified framework that ensures our procurement processes align with Endeavour’s values and strategic objectives. Your focus will be on minimising risk and advancing sustainability initiatives, such as Responsible Sourcing, Human Rights Program, and our Climate Change Strategy, to create lasting value for our business and stakeholders.

- Develop, implement, and manage governance frameworks, policies, and procedures to guide procurement activities.
- Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and industry standards, fostering transparency and ethical conduct in procurement.
- Lead supplier risk management efforts to identify, assess, and mitigate risks, enhancing business continuity and resilience.
- Drive procurement-related sustainability initiatives with internal and external partners, integrating ethical sourcing and environmentally responsible practices into source to contract procurement processes.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to promote sustainable sourcing and reduce environmental impact.
- Uplift the maturity of Procurement Governance, SRM, and Sustainability to support the group-wide business strategy.
