As the Head of Brand Merchandise, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of the BWS retail brand, driving sales and profit across all channels. You'll serve as a key executive voice for Merchandise, influencing decisions across Marketing, Operations, eCommerce, and more. Additionally, you'll oversee trade planning and the eCommerce P&L, ensuring alignment with category strategies and business goals.

- You'll ensure category strategies align with customer shopping missions, local needs, and commercial priorities.
- You'll take end-to-end accountability for the banner trade plan and P&L, driving sales, profit, and customer loyalty through insight-driven strategies.
