Task & Responsibilities • Guest Experience Management: Ensure high standards of hospitality and service, addressing guest inquiries and complaints promptly. • Staff Supervision: Recruit, train, and manage hospitality staff, fostering a positive work environment and promoting teamwork. • Operational Oversight: Oversee daily operations of accommodations, including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance services. • Budget Management: Develop and manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and implement cost-control measures. • Quality Assurance: Conduct regular inspections of facilities to ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with health regulations. • Marketing and Sales: Collaborate with marketing teams to promote services and enhance guest bookings, implementing strategies to increase occupancy rates. • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports on guest feedback, occupancy rates, and operational performance to inform management decisions.
