This role will be crucial in promoting our conservation mission and ocean adventure activities, driving engagement and increasing community awareness. Create engaging content for various platforms including social media, websites, and print media. Leading the development of new product initiatives, along with marketing and advertising campaigns. Collaborate with the team to align marketing strategies with our conservation goals. Monitor and analyse campaign performance to optimise results. Manage relationships with external advertising agencies and vendors. Coordinate with other departments to ensure cohesive messaging and branding. Qualification & Experience Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business or Advertising and public relations (or 5 years relevant experience in lieu of a qualification may be considered in some circumstances) At least 2 years of proven experience in advertising or marketing roles, preferably in the outdoor or conservation sectors.
