Task & Responsibilities • Guest Experience Management: Ensure high standards of hospitality and service, addressing guest inquiries and complaints promptly. • Staff Supervision: Recruit, train, and manage hospitality staff, fostering a positive work environment and promoting teamwork. • Operational Oversight: Oversee daily operations of accommodations, including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance services. • Budget Management: Develop and manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and implement cost-control measures. • Quality Assurance: Conduct regular inspections of facilities to ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with health regulations. • Marketing and Sales: Collaborate with marketing teams to promote services and enhance guest bookings, implementing strategies to increase occupancy rates. • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports on guest feedback, occupancy rates, and operational performance to inform management decisions. Qualification & Experience • AQF associate degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma (ANZSCO Skill Level 2) • Minimum 1 years’ experience required. • Strong leadership and team management abilities. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to enhance guest satisfaction. • Familiarity with property management systems and reservation software. • Ability to handle guest inquiries and complaints efficiently and diplomatically. • Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and on-call shifts as required.
