We create memorable experiences for our guests and foster a positive work environment for our team. Position Overview We are seeking a dynamic Venue Manager to oversee our front-of-house operations. Full-time hours across Wednesday to Sunday. The ideal candidate will ensure excellent service, lead, and motivate the team, and manage daily operations to maintain high standards. Key Responsibilities Oversee service operations, ensuring prompt and courteous service. Lead and motivate the front-of-house team. Coordinate with the kitchen for timely food preparation and delivery. Organising functions & events Conduct opening and closing procedures. Staff training and management Create weekly rosters and manage timesheets using the Deputy system. Oversee inventory and ordering of bar and restaurant consumables.
