About the Role

The HSW Manager is responsible for driving the proactive implementation and continual improvement of Health, Safety and Wellbeing (HSW) culture, strategy, plan and performance across a region.

Striving to advance Team Global Express’s (TGE) business strategy through enabling a unified culture of safety, people, customer focus and operational excellence the role is responsible for providing practical HSW advice and support to our people and delivering initiatives that continually improve our HSW culture and performance in line with our ‘Genuine Care Culture’ strategic priority.

What you’ll do

• Manage and enhance HSW management system through governance activities, data analysis, and research.
• Provide technical input for HSW planning, risk management, and management reviews.
• Collaborate with management and employees to develop, monitor, and review the Business Health, Safety, and Wellbeing Management System and HSW Plan.
• Lead investigations of workplace incidents, near misses, and injuries, implementing preventive actions.
• Develop and document safe work procedures in consultation with management and employees.
• Communicate Health and Safety responsibilities and ensure effective training for required competencies.
• Identify and control hazards, including hazardous substances, dangerous goods, and plant, in line with legislative requirements.
• Conduct Health and Safety audits, arrange third-party audits, and communicate results, while maintaining and sharing statistical data within the organization.

• Previous experience working in a high risk and or transport/logistics environment.
• Minimum Tertiary qualifications (Diploma in Work, Health and Safety) or higher.
• 5 years’ experience in a HSW leadership role
• Prior experience participating in internal audits and reporting outcomes
• ICAM Investigation Training (or equivalent investigation methodology)
• Experience in relationship management of both internal clients and external stakeholders
• Excellent working knowledge and awareness of Work Health and Safety Legislation
• Proficient computer experience in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook or equivalent
• Ability to challenge, influence, change and improve current systems, procedures, and processes 
• Experience in undertaking inspections, risk assessments and develop safe work instructions
• A strong commitment to continuously apply and influence best practice standards
• Current Australian Drivers Licence.

This opportunity sits within the Digital Audio pillar of Nine, where the focus is driving advertising effectiveness for brands across the suite of Nine audio streaming and podcasting assets. As a Payroll Manager at Retinue, you will be leading and growing a team responsible for the accurate and timely processing of payroll for our diverse client base. Leveraging your extensive experience in payroll processing, you will support our team to ensure that our clients' payroll operations are efficient, accurate, and compliant with tax legislation.

Our Payroll team are not responsible for calculating employee hours, rates of pay or entitlements, which we consider to be employment relations work and outside the scope of our payroll processing service. We are however responsible for helping our clients make payroll processing less of a burden and making sense of complex ATO/tax obligations

Key Responsibilities

• Leadership of our payroll team, ensuring that payroll processing for our clients is completed on time, is accurate, and hassle-free.
• Ensure compliance with tax legislation and reporting requirements of different states and territories.
• Oversee superannuation reconciliations and lodgements.
• Ensure the team are accurately reporting, managing and lodging payroll information through the Single Touch Payroll system.

About the role

 
Reporting to the Head of HSE Operations, you will be responsible for driving the proactive implementation and continual improvement of Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) culture, strategy, plan, and performance across a region.

THE PURPOSE OF THIS ROLE

The Digital Activation Manager is responsible for the end-to-end delivery, of digital media campaigns, across one of Australia’s most well-known brands. You will have the ability to grow your career quickly with this innovative and powerhouse brand – working on campaigns that delve into all facets of the digital landscape. This role will help deliver all business reviews, as well as heavily assisting the Digital Activation Director with quarterly business reviews, product development, and assistance with new business. • Assist in the management of the day to day operation of Concierge, Porter and Valet services
• Full utilisation of the Front Office Concierge systems ensuring accuracy in use and a range of reports to meet operational needs are produced
• Provide regular training and development opportunities for the team
• Assist in the preparation of Front Office Concierge monthly reports, commenting on key performance indicators as required
• Ensure public areas are clean and well presented with regular monitoring
• Ensure all incidents, inspections and discrepancies are recorded in duty logs.

Client Relationship Management

• Ongoing management of client/customer relationships
• Develop Novated Lease customers
• Assist Business Development Managers with new client implementation including engagement strategy
• Presenting employee education sessions with relevant clients
• Conduct marketing initiatives such as site consults and webinars
• Identify new opportunities within current customer base through business reviews
• Develop, build and maintain personal client/customer relationships
• Ensure promotion of solutions to clients/customers that add value and further entwine FleetPlus Customer relationship
• Achieve set targets
• Cross-sell salary packaging products

Administration and Documentation

• Ensure up to date electronic records of client/customer visits within systems
• Manage aspects of customers for optimum return to both customer and FleetPartners
• Ensure all system data is up to date and with relevant and ongoing information
• Ensure all customer meetings are completed with a follow up note within 24 hours outlining action points and summarising outcomes
• Ensure Strategic Reviews are completed for all Focus clients
• Responsibly and proactively manage all ad hoc responsibilities

Communication

• Ensure optimum communication across all clients
• Market the full range of products and services
• Use electronic diaries to effectively manage and communicate time
• Conduct regular client visits
• Complete Client visit Reports within 24 hours for all client visit activity
• Effectively respond to escalated customer queries in a timely manner
• Liaison with relevant Company HR/Finance personnel re execution of Novated Deeds
• Presenting employee education sessions with relevant companies
• Attend weekly team WIP meetings prepared with relevant useful information aimed at improving sales and customer relationships
• Provide ideas to National Manager Novated Relationships to ensure company always innovating and implementing best practice
• Work closely with all team members to provide the optimal service to our clients

• Tertiary qualifications in Sales and/or Marketing advantage
• Experience in Relationship Management/Account Management/Business Development role
• Novated Industry experience advantage
• Intermediate working knowledge and capability with Microsoft office especially Word, PowerPoint, Publisher and Excel, in addition to other program experience and exposure
• Working knowledge of Salesforce.
• Ability to report effectively
