Our client, Earlville Trading Pty Ltd trading as Zambrero Cairns, is a restaurant situated at 512 Mulgrave Road, Earlville, Queensland 4870. Currently, the business is seeking an experienced Retail Manager to join the team on a full-time, casual basis.

Responsibilities include:
• Assessing the assortment of products, managing inventory levels, and establishing service benchmarks
• Developing and executing procurement and promotional strategies, and determining pricing strategies
• Marketing and publicising the offerings of the establishment
• Engaging in sales transactions with customers and providing guidance on product utilisation
• Recording inventory levels and financial transactions
• Crafting budgets for the establishment
• Overseeing the recruitment, training, and management of personnel
• Guaranteeing adherence to occupational health and safety protocols
Qualification and Experience:
• Must have a minimum of one (1) year full-time experience in a similar role with a Diploma in hospitality, culinary, business or relevant fields
• Or a minimum of one and a half (1.5) years of relevant part-time experience with Diploma level qualification
Salary:
$70,000 per annum
