- Assist in the management of the day to day operation of Concierge, Porter and Valet services
- Full utilisation of the Front Office Concierge systems ensuring accuracy in use and a range of reports to meet operational needs are produced
- Provide regular training and development opportunities for the team
- Assist in the preparation of Front Office Concierge monthly reports, commenting on key performance indicators as required
- Ensure public areas are clean and well presented with regular monitoring
- Ensure all incidents, inspections and discrepancies are recorded in duty logs.
