The Role:Working in a tight-knit team, this position plays an integral role in continuing the growth of the brand across QLD. The responsibilities will include finding, evaluating and acquiring freehold and leasehold properties across the state. You will work closely with the senior members of the team in pursuing authority approvals, management of development process, and interaction with internal corporate stakeholders to define strategy and the establishment of relevant market relationships.You:The successful candidate for this role will have: Tertiary qualifications in Property will be essential for this role and candidates from Property Economics degree will be highly regarded. 2-3 years experience within Property transactions, Development or Construction related field Ability to communicate effectively and think strategically in line with overall business goals will be important.
