What you will do

The Trading Manager works as part of the Trading Team that programmatically delivers and optimises client campaigns against Audience360’s first-party audiences across all channels and environments.

• Delivering and executing digital campaigns for our agencies and clients
• Media buying across social channels along with programmatically trading display, video, mobile and other/new channels available using proprietary platforms & first-party data
• Creating optimisation strategies across our campaigns to achieve and surpass client KPIs including performance, delivery and margin
• Responding promptly to queries on live and upcoming campaigns to deliver an outstanding level of service to internal and external clients
• Working closely with the Trading, Technical and Account Management teams to communicate material and technical requirements to our internal and external clients
• Preparing campaign performance and analytics reports in a timely and accurate manner
• Evaluating data performance and recommending improvements in order to achieve optimal performance

Your New Role

As the Organisational Change Manager you will be responsible for leading the Organisational Change Management (OCM) capability as part of the Leidos project leadership team delivering an enterprise Health Knowledge Management (HKM) System for Defence.  You will be responsible for driving the OCM outcomes and ensuring the delivery of change and communication strategies and plans, together with associated risk and impact assessments.  The OCM Manager will work in collaboration across the project team and with the strategic OCM partner to successfully coordinate and implement change management activities.

A Day In Life

• Develop effective relationships with key stakeholders
• Provide leadership to the OCM team
• Support the Change Impact Assessment process to assess the impact of change, including people, process, technology and systems to determine requirements from current to future state on the business and define how these impacts will be managed
• Coordinate the Business Readiness activities and ensure the schedule is aligned to deliver targeted communication and engagement activities
• Oversee the document deliverables for OCM and ensure consistency and best practice for the approach and process to change management; coordinate the workflow of the key strategic OCM partner
• Utilise the expertise of our partners and advisers to bring in new ideas (automation or tools) to optimise the organisational change management process and clinical change activities
• Provide oversight to the schedule and reporting of OCM Activities.

Lead a team of engineers to ensure the delivery of high-quality platform services supporting Symbio’s global business units. You will oversee Symbio’s strategic use of public cloud resources, managing the lifecycle, capacity, cost control, and operational health of various platform services across both public and private cloud environments (including Kubernetes and Kafka).

Your focus will be on driving infrastructure automation to achieve resilient and reproducible deployments across development and production settings. You will spearhead initiatives within your team to promote modern engineering practices across all technology teams. Collaboration with Delivery, Software, and other Infrastructure teams will be crucial in delivering systems and services, as well as ensuring we understand the health of our systems at any point in time to reduce outages.

After hours support
There is an expectation that this role is part of the teams after hours support roster (level 3), which is rotated weekly for production critical platforms. We also understand that we as a team need to do everything we can to ensure resilient and self healing platforms and engineering leadership will provide the time to make sure we do.

The Payroll Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the payroll function, including ensuring timely and accurate payroll processing, compliance with all regulatory requirements (including superannuation and taxation) and maintenance of payroll records.
