Your New Role
As the Organisational Change Manager you will be responsible for leading the Organisational Change Management (OCM) capability as part of the Leidos project leadership team delivering an enterprise Health Knowledge Management (HKM) System for Defence. You will be responsible for driving the OCM outcomes and ensuring the delivery of change and communication strategies and plans, together with associated risk and impact assessments. The OCM Manager will work in collaboration across the project team and with the strategic OCM partner to successfully coordinate and implement change management activities.
A Day In Life
- Develop effective relationships with key stakeholders
- Provide leadership to the OCM team
- Support the Change Impact Assessment process to assess the impact of change, including people, process, technology and systems to determine requirements from current to future state on the business and define how these impacts will be managed
- Coordinate the Business Readiness activities and ensure the schedule is aligned to deliver targeted communication and engagement activities
- Oversee the document deliverables for OCM and ensure consistency and best practice for the approach and process to change management; coordinate the workflow of the key strategic OCM partner
- Utilise the expertise of our partners and advisers to bring in new ideas (automation or tools) to optimise the organisational change management process and clinical change activities
- Provide oversight to the schedule and reporting of OCM Activities.
