We are seeking an experienced and motivated Case Manager Assessor to join our Homecare team in the South Metro region to service areas from south of the river to Mandurah and suburbs in between. Based at our Port Kennedy Homecare office this role will involve travel between all Bethanie sites and services to ensure an active approach to meeting the Homecare Service needs.
