About the Role
Latrobe Health Services is looking for enthusiastic individuals to join their team. Member Experience Consultants provide valuable support to members across various channels, including the call centre, in-person at branch locations, and online platforms. As a Member Experience Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for members, delivering exceptional service through a range of communication channels including phone, email, webchat, and face-to-face interactions. You’ll play a key role in ensuring members fully understand their healthcare options and receive personalised support tailored to their needs. This dynamic position will see you rotate through different areas, offering you a diverse and engaging work experience.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with members via phone, email, and webchat to provide helpful and accurate information.
Assist members with understanding their healthcare options and make tailored recommendations.
Keep membership records accurate and up to date.
Contribute to member retention efforts by showcasing the value of Latrobe Health’s services.
Work closely with team members to support broader business strategies.
Skills and Experience
We’re on the lookout for individuals who enjoy connecting with people, solving problems, and working in a customer focused environment. If you have a background in customer service and are eager to grow and learn, we’d love to hear from you! To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
Proven expertise in delivering exceptional customer service.
Experience in inbound or outbound call centres (desirable).
Strong communication skills – both verbal and written.
Confidence navigating various computer applications, including the Microsoft suite of programs.
Critical thinking and a keen eye for detail.
A passion for delivering outstanding service and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Openness to feedback and a drive for continuous improvement.
Experience in the health insurance or finance industries is a plus, along with knowledge of privacy regulations.
Requirements
A Victorian Police check will be conducted prior to commencement.
