Our Mornington based automotive client are now seeking an experienced Parts Interpreter.
Requirements:
Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within an automotive dealership
Exceptional communication skills
Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude
Trade experience is a plus
Valid Driver’s License
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
Familiarity with parts department software, including ERA
Responsibilities:
Customer service via phone and retail counter interactions
Ensure accurate and timely interpretation of parts for internal and external customers
Handle quoting
Coordinate pre-delivery requirements
Act as a liaison between panel shops and mechanical workshops
