Duties: Some of the duties you will be required to perform but not limited to include
• First and foremost, being a trustworthy friendly leader for our teams and people in a time when we are making big changes and there is a lot of uncertainty.
• Implementation of HRIS System
• Setting up processes for onboarding and offboarding employees and creating an employee handbook in conjunction with HR teams abroad.
• Acting as a line of escalation for complaints and issues
• Defining compensation and benefit plans and structures.
• Driving and supporting the entire recruitment process.
• Undertaking HR administrative tasks (including, but not limited to – payroll, employment agreements and benefit administration), in parallel with HR strategic/higher level operational planning.
• Handle the day-to-day HR admin work.
• Stay informed about changes in Australian employment laws and ensure ongoing compliance.
• Promote a positive workplace culture.
• Support Safety and OHS management and compliance.
