We are seeking an expcerienced cabinet maker, to also manage and perform installation. Majority of cabinet making is done on CNC machines, with small amounts on panels saws, such as pelmets etc.
Duties & responsibilities:
Read, understand and correctly interpret drawings and specifications
Production up of cabinets
Install cabinets on site
Safely operate a wide range of complex machines, tools & equipment
Participate in daily toolbox briefings
General material handling
Experience & attributes:
A minimum of Certificate III in Cabinet Making
A minimum of 8 years of industry experience in cabinet making and installation
Able to accurately read and interpret drawings & specifications.
Knowledge in operating a CNC machine.
Troubleshooting & problem-solving skills
Manual driver’s license
Focus on health & safety policies and procedures
Experience using a telehandler or forklift would be an advantage
Availability for flexible working hours & travel to work sites
Keen interpersonal skills
