Role Purpose:

The Client Success Manager (CSM) is empowered to manage all aspects of the retailer relationships, from training internal teams to understand the benefits of our platform across their entire teams, making recommendations (with the support of the retail lead) including the trading and e-commerce sales divisions, through to supporting suppliers get the best out of the Epsilon Retail Media Network (RMN) platform. The position requires strong interpersonal skills to manage day-to-day client communication, a strategic mindset to help develop media recommendations and help to deliver the retailer's goals.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Managing the day-to-day communication and collaboration with external brands/suppliers and internal cross-functional team members.
• Establish and communicate timelines of deliverables with suppliers and brand teams.
• Support the build of all material creation campaign completion, bespoke presentations, and marketing material.
• Support Suppliers with the campaign setup and optimization recommendations.
• Presenting the Epsilon RMN proposition both internally to retailers and also externally to brands.

The Position:

We are currently seeking an experienced Service Manager to join our team in Morley and Ellenbrook.  In this role, you will be responsible for the delivery and profitability of Workforce Australia contracts within the relevant Employment Service Areas. Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will oversee a team of Workforce Australia consultants within your designated area, as well as all relevant KPI measures.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Ensure team Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and contractual obligations are consistently met and exceeded.
• Establish and communicate clear direction for the effective operations of all locations / Regions, set objectives and priorities, promote effective teamwork and innovative solutions.
• Develop the capacity of your team to perform and contribute by providing leadership, supervision, coaching/mentoring, feedback and opportunities to learn through formal and informal methods.
• Be accountable and transparent to the Regional Manager with respect to business risk, governance, contractual and financial performance.
• Ensure placement rates are achieved across all locations / Regions in line with approved Workforce Australia budget.
• Liaise with local community providers to build relationships to achieve direct registration pathways, and represent atWork at public forums and on various committees as required.

This position helps develop and implement multi-channel mandatory communications (cover letters, policy documentation, forms and policy schedules) to keep customers informed about their policy details throughout their lifecycle. The role works with the Customer Correspondence team and business stakeholders (Product, Legal, Compliance etc) to write and implement clear and concise mandatory communications and collateral, ensuring TAL meets our regulatory and compliance requirements.
