? Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance software and services, leveraging customer feedback to drive continuous improvement, and aligning customer goals with the company’s product roadmap for optimal user experience and satisfaction.
? Conduct in-person meetings with South Australia’s most important clients, such as the City of Port Adelaide Enfield, the City of Charles Sturt, the City of Onkaparinga, and Carers SA, among others, to evaluate their ongoing processes, achieve KPIs, and ensure customer satisfaction.
? Develop policies, documentation, and the onboarding process for the Customer Service processes, and continuous effects to enhance the customer experience throughout the process.
? Conduct routine business reviews alongside key customers to evaluate customer performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and suggest novel solutions or services to clients.
? Provide support in onboarding new Customer Service team members, overseeing new colleagues by offering guidance and feedback, fostering motivation, and development, and delivering outstanding customer service.
? Develop reports, dashboards, and alerts, ensuring accurate and real-time visibility into customer engagement, tool use, and satisfaction levels.
? Conduct meetings with clients to understand their goals and align them with the company’s services.
? Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
? Identify areas for improvement in customer experience and implement fast and effective solutions.







Qualifications/Attributes:
? Must hold an Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma in Management or related field or at least 3 years of relevant work experience in lieu of the qualification.
? Proven experience in Customer Management.
? Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills.
? Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from customer data.




Salary Range: $80,000 – $90,000 p.a. excluding superannuation.
