The Digital Service Division are seeking capable ICT Service Managers to oversee the delivery and support of ICT services.
The department is currently implementing a multi-vendor environment. As part of this modernisation, we have also delivered a new Azure tenancy with modern automation operated in an Agile DevOPS environment.
The department is implementing Service Now and Splunk ITSI which will be key components in the new Service Integration and Management (SIAM) environment.
