WEST 1 has a dedicated team of experienced professionals who are passionate about international education and committed to delivering exceptional services. Our success is built on our deep understanding of the educational landscapes in both Brazil and Australia, as well as our strong relationships with educational institutions and immigration authorities.

Daily tasks include:
1) Managing and driving the development of customer service staff;
2) Coordinating and executing serviced provided, evaluating product performance, and following up on customer satisfaction through post-sale services;
3) Guiding and offering feedback to team members while supporting recruitment efforts;
4) Identifying and addressing customer expectations by engaging with clients, service providers, and several organizational departments;
5) Creating and evaluating workflows, strategies and policies that oversee the delivery of products and services, in addition to managing customer interactions.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree;
- At least one year of full-time work experience;
- Experience in an international or exchange company is a plus;
- Portuguese and English communication skills mandatory (due to the majority of our client's nationality)

Annual salary: $73,850 + superannuation
Proposed hours of work per week: 38 hours (full-time basis)
