ONGOING VACANCY APS 6 ICT Service Desk Manager C Technology and Digital Service Group, Corporate Services, Canberra  AFMA is seeking suitably qualified individuals to fill the role of Service Desk Manager.    The Service Desk Manager is an APS 6 role within the TDS team. At AFMA, the Service Desk team provides both level 1 and level 2 (field) support:  The Service Desk Manager is responsible for: 

effectively managing, developing, and training the service desk team within AFMA.
ensuring the Service Desk is resourced during business hours and on-call roster.
management of the ITSM platform and knowledge base ensuring that all processes used by the Service Desk are thoroughly documented, consistently audited and regularly improved.
