Job Summary

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Digital Product Design Manager to the EC Digital team at AECOM. In this role, you will lead the development and implementation of computational design solutions within our engineering company. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving innovation in our product offerings by leveraging cutting-edge computational design technologies. This role requires a strong understanding of engineering principles, a keen eye for market trends, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products.

You will own the development programme for a portfolio of custom-built internal tools, where you will be the critical interface between the business, our software development team, and our technology partners. Your initial focus in this role would be managing the Computational Design development programme collaborating with the Technical Lead, but the role will extend to other programmes over time.

This position will offer flexibility for a hybrid work schedule and will be based out of Sydney, Australia.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning

• Develop and execute a comprehensive strategic plan for the integration of computational design into our product portfolio.

• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets for computational design initiatives.

User Experience and Feedback

• Work closely with the design team to prioritize user experience in computational design solutions.
• Gather and analyze user feedback through various channels, incorporating insights to improve product features and functionality.
• Conduct usability testing and iterate on product designs to enhance user satisfaction and adoption.

To be successful in this critical role, you will need to have significant relevant experience in successfully managing software products, as well as in software development in industrial/technical organizations. You will have a sound technical understanding of product architecture to ensure alignment between desired outcomes and product capability. Within Airport IT, Self-service and automation technology is slated for exponential growth with wider self-service and biometric adoption expected in the coming years. Industry reports suggest that Self check-in kiosk will grow by 27.8% between 2020-2025 and self-service Bag drop market is forecast to grow by 421% by 2030. You will be part of the Passenger processing - Self-Service product management team responsible for a portfolio including Self-service airport kiosks, bag drops and biometric solutions. Our end to end solutions include both software and hardware.

Your core product management team and main engineering counterparts will be based in Australia. Your responsibility and reach will be global; collaborating with customers, engineering teams, accounts team in all geographical markets & locations.

As a Product Manager, you will drive product success and development:

• Build a deep understanding of the industry, the market segmentation as well as main the players, competitors, and potential partners

- Product Management

• Building a deep product & portfolio knowledge

• Defining strategic vision, strategy & roadmap for the product: the product manager contributes to the definition and evolution of the Self-service and Biometrics portfolio by defining and communicating a vision on where the product, area or market could realistically go.

• Communication/evangelization: the Product Manager needs to be able to effectively communicate to users, senior customers (up to VP level) and present at conferences with large audiences (200 +) about the product, the vision and roadmap and its benefits through presentations, documentation and demos.

• Setting product objectives and monitoring Product performance: value hypothesis definition & validation, track product performance/revenue against the Business Case and report on significant deviations.

• Support sales and solution design teams oping for key strategic opportunities

- Requirements Management

• Roadmap: essential in a community environment.

• The Product Manager leads the product from the roadmap in order to serve the customers and implementation projects rather than being led by the project. Key elements for success here revolve around having the right vision. The Product Manager works closely with the development teams to secure and maintain the product roadmap.

• Build his/her own vision from the various sources, for a community product the product manager is exposed to varying requirements around the same area from different customers, regions etc.. This means that the product manager is in a unique position to extract the best approach.

• For product construction and gap analysis the Product Manager needs exhibits strong listening skills, with a good understanding of market and customer needs: understanding where the customer comes from, demonstrate to customer the need has been understood (and not just documented).

• Challenging customer requirements (convincing customer of alternatives, influencing, …)

• Driving innovation with Engineering teams and identifying opportunities for new feature or product to be validated

- Financials and opportunity Management

• Value analysis: the Product Manager builds a view on the key elements of our solutions or potential solution to bring value to the targeted market and the ability to quantifying using a variety of techniques. This will require the ability to create estimation using informed assumptions as often the detailed data analysis is not really possible.

• Understanding of the market (various segments and rough view on the sizes) and potential pipeline and targets. As a result the Product Manager will also maintain the product packaging for optimum performance based on the markets. Perform competitive analysis of other market solutions potential 3rd party solutions available on the market.

• Pricing: especially with new products this can prove an uneasy activity if not handled structurally and combined with the fact that there is a significant amount of subjectivity. The key aspect is to show how pricing/revenue can be maximized. Pricing is driven by the value generated and/or the willingness to pay. A product manager is key to help drive this willingness to pay by demonstrating the value of the product and convincing the customers and markets. The construction costs only come as a last measure and mostly as part of a business case validation.

• Business Case: The Product Manager prepares and maintains the business case for products, evolution and packaging.

- Act as an advocate for product management practice

• Create product awareness across the different internal teams and help build a product management practice

• Ensure close co-ordination with the other Airport IT Product Management teams at all times.

• Evaluate feasibility and viability for new products and large feature development - following a stage gate process

• Transformation of old sponsorship strategy into a 'strategic partnership' plan with a deeper relationship with associations to penetrate membership base

• Hold key relationships with industry associations with overall objective of leveraging association membership base to achieve revenue objectives.

The Purpose:

You will be taking on a 12-month role as a Product Manager for Retail Payments within our Retail Payments team. You will be responsible managing products and services across its lifecycles within the Retail Payments portfolio. This involves product management and performance monitoring of debit card issuing, channel enablement and upcoming retail products. You will also collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for product scaling adoption, development and future enhancements. • Lead end-to-end coordination of action plans for Retail Payment products through the full product lifecycle, driving transaction growth and enhancing customer experiences.

About the role

This newly created role sits within our commercial team (Growth), which is an essential part of the future growth success of Ofload. We focus on sharing our technological capabilities with freight owners throughout Australia and bringing innovation to their supply chain. You will be accountable for maintaining and upselling the current customer portfolio and driving the share-of-wallet strategy.

What you will be accountable for

• Contribute to the growth of Ofload’s client portfolio, continually seeking opportunities to grow our business, with a specific focus on share of wallet growth
• Build strong ongoing relationships with our clients at all levels of their business, understanding their pain points and ensuring their needs are met.
• Client Management - Manage allocated portfolio of customers, manage MBRs, QBRs and build joint development plans to grow the business.
• Engage in critical analysis of our client engagements, offer insights and propose strategies to improve performance.
• Interpret Ofload’s growth strategies, and work collaboratively with the product and operational department to achieve this.

• You have B2B account management experience in the supply chain space.

Reporting to the F&B Operations Manager, the Assistant Restaurant & Bar Manager duties will include;

• Providing leadership and support to our F&B team, empowering them to create exceptional experiences for our guests
• Developing your team and coaching them on internal procedures and service culture
• Liaising with all internal stakeholders to allow for the effective operation of our Restaurant & Bar
• Be a 'Service Spotter' ensuring the Restaurant & Bar environment is well maintained, clean and everything is ready for service
• Be knowledgeable of and operate within appropriate outlet and hotel liquor licensing guidelines and House Management Policies.

The Purpose:

As the Pricing manager working in the AP+ Pricing team in a 12-month max term contract, you will be responsible for creating and enhancing pricing models, operational pricing processes and support development of pricing governance frameworks across the organisation to strengthen AP+ pricing center of excellence. Day to day you will partner with cross-functional departments such as product, commercial, data and finance to support pricing development and implementation for AP+ products.

The key responsibilities of the role will cover the following key areas:

• Leading the creation &/or enhancement of pricing financial models for the AP+ product suite.
• Enhancing pricing operations and governance to scale support across the AP+ product suite.
• Support product and commercial pricing for new/changes to existing product initiatives and commercial deals.

The skills & knowledge you need to have:

• Bachelor level qualifications in business, finance or relevant discipline.
• 5+ years in pricing or financial modelling and analysis role.
• Ability to extract and manipulate complex data sets to support decision making
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally.
• Robust working knowledge of the Payments industry, Interchange fee and Scheme fee processes and commercial pricing models.
• Advanced MS Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint.
• SQL, advanced Access to perform nested queries, joins and calculations is highly preferred.
• Experience in data repository querying and report building.
• Strong communication/presentation skills

The Business Services Manager has dual responsibilities:

• Providing reliable, high quality administrative support to the Group Country Manager (GCM) and Head of Strategy & Operations of Australia, New Zealand & South Pacific (AuNZSP). This role enhances the business impact of these executives and contributes to the operational effectiveness of the broader Visa team across AuNZSP.
• Provide leadership, coaching and development of the Business Services community.  Develop and enhance a community of administrative support experts and Office Managers operating across multiple teams and geographies. The Business Services Associates and Office Managers are responsible for providing excellent business operational support, facilities and employee experience to members of the AuNZSP Leadership Team and their functions.

The Business Services Manager reports to the Group Country Manager AuNZSP.

Detail of what a Business Services Manager does at Visa:

• Has a sound understanding of Visa’s business strategy, leadership principles and key executives’ priorities.
• Serves as a first point of contact for enquiries to prioritize the GCM’s time and activities.
• Establishes and maintains effective and cooperative professional business relationships with all levels of management, employees, external businesses and regulatory contacts.
• Builds a confident and effective relationship with executive assistants in financial institutions, merchant clients and ecosystem participants.
• Manages complex senior executive calendars, schedule meetings, travel, video conferences and group events (off-site and/or internal events).  Prepared to take accountability and be a creative thinker when planning/delivering events.
• Manages extensive domestic and international travel arrangements (airline and hotel reservations).  Verify invoices and process travel expense reports to meet compliance requirements.
• Develops and updates documents built in the Microsoft suite and effectively utilises Teams and other productivity tools such as Copilot and generative AI. Look for opportunities to enhance and adopt workflow tools.
• Prepares meeting materials including the creation of presentations, briefings and other related materials.
• Work with the Asia Pacific (AP) based teams to ensure effective communication and alignment with the Visa Regional hub.
• Create a sense of community and best practice sharing across the AuNZSP Business Service Associates and Office Managers.  Ensure support for and alignment to the AUNZSP Scorecard, business objectives and key results (OKRs)
• Collaborates closely with all stakeholders in the business to deliver excellent business operations support.
• Ensures community workload is equitably distributed and backups are in place when team members take leave. 

• Lead regular formal and informal community check-ins to enable consistent feedback loops and maintain a positive and supportive environment.
• Proactively looks for ways to innovate and improve the way the Business Service Associates provide support services to the AuNZSP Leadership Team
• Understand the career aspirations of the individuals, support and help them attain their goals.

Importance of this role to Visa

The Business Services Manager is responsible for setting the benchmark and leadership in the provision of operational support. The role is important to ensure effective use of executives time and create an environment of success for the Business Service Associates by ensuring the community is operating effectively.  The Business Services Manager also leads the adoption of new tools and processes in a changing business environment preempting new flows of work and more efficient ways of working.

The role covers a wide-ranging awareness of the business operations in the AuNZSP and provides the opportunity to have a varied and fulfilling network of internal and external stakeholders as it has coverage across many different sections of the business locally and internationally.

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

• Direct/align partner’s investment in ServiceNow with areas of greatest opportunities. Aligns partner’s corporate mission and goals with the people, programs and resources at ServiceNow.  Ensure alignment with ServiceNow’s Partner Industry Solutions strategy and, where applicable, Service Provider programs.  
• Accelerate Workflow and Now Platform “Practice” growth via joint GTM plans with associated investment aligned to ServiceNow’s four C requirements: Capacity, Capability, Competency, and Customer Success.
• Drive regular partner cadence including pipeline reviews, operational excellence, QBR’s and EBC’s to drive partner and ServiceNow executive alignment.
• Develop and execute capacity plans to assure partner is well positioned to sell the value of the Now Platform and to deliver successful customer implementations with high degrees of customer success via proper competencies, certifications, and committed co-delivery plan.
• Collaborate with Marketing teams on both sides to build and execute joint closed-loop demand generation plans (Partner Prospecting Days (PPD), CxO Roundtables and joint events).

About You

• Previous experience in store leadership roles ideally within the retail or hospitality industries

• Exposure to managing store operations and driving financial success

• Previous exposure to rostering, P&L reports and budgets
