Our Rehab and Return to work (RRTW) division has an exciting opportunity to join a small program team tasked with transforming our businesses across our entire lifecycle. We are currently recruiting for an experienced hands-on dynamic Change and Communications Manager for a 9-month contract (Dec 24 end). This role is integral to our program's success, focusing on crafting and executing comprehensive communication strategies, managing numerous stakeholders and adeptly managing, developing and implementing the associated changes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic communication plans to enhance internal and external stakeholder engagement.
- Identify change impacts on business as a result of various program initiatives and Design, develop and Lead associated change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and effective adoption of business changes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and align communication strategies with business objectives.
- Create and deliver compelling content for various platforms, including written materials, presentations, and digital channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders, fostering a culture of open communication and transparency.
- Analyse business readiness and adjust strategies to meet evolving needs.
- Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
You'll need to have a high level of operating agility and previously worked on various complex projects, previous healthcare or insurance experience would be advantageous.
