The role

We are looking for a full-time Chef who has experience in Alkaline menus  Main Tasks: Collaborate with other chefs and the owner to design and implement menus. Manage the scheduling and rostering of kitchen staff. Prepare and cook all menu items and train kitchen staff on cooking techniques and recipes.
