Ensuring compliance with food safety and health regulations. Qualification & Experience Relevant Diploma and at least 3 years of work experience as a Chef. Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations. Strong leadership abilities paired with excellent communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while juggling multiple tasks.
