Benefits Competitive salary plus Superannuation Flexible working arrangements  Supportive and dynamic workplace culture Task & Responsibilities Prepare, cook and present dishes according to the menu and customer preferences Create new recipes and estimate food and labor requirements Design seasonal menus that align with the Club's marketing strategy and goals Regularly refresh menu offerings to provide outstanding experiences for corporate events, weddings, birthdays, and special occasions Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment Ensure proper food handling and storage in compliance with safety standards Supervise food plating and garnishing to ensure consistency and visual appeal Lead and train kitchen staff, promoting a positive team culture Collaborate with the restaurant and operations managers, as well as front-of-house staff, to ensure a high-quality guest experience Prepare food to accommodate special dietary needs Oversee stock control and inventory management.
