About the role
Production and delivery of high-quality meals
Oversee and support resident dining experience
Support Chef Manager to lead & manage kitchen team, ensuring a smooth operation.
Manage compliance related to food safety, WHS and quality.
Stock control and ordering
Food cost management
Communicate with facility management, residents and families
