• Provide regular updates and reports to management on operational performance and resource requirements.

• Coordinate loader movements and allocate downtime for repairs and maintenance.

A key part of this role you will be providing technical support and advice to the Maintenance team on ways to optimise equipment reliability and availability.

About the Role

We are looking for a Logistics Supervisor (Day Shift) to join our site in Morwell. Responsible for up to 24 team members over 4 crews, managing the warehouse operations. Other responsibilities include managing external transport of finished product to 3PL providers, receiving deliveries from other sites and suppliers, waste removal and managing our Forklift fleet. To be successful as a Snr OT - Clinical Supervisor, you will have:

• Current registration with AHPRA as a Occupational Therapist
• Experience supervising Graduate OT's and Junior OT's
• A desire to share your knowledge and inspire junior clinicians
• A passion for working with vulnerable members of your community
• The ability to work collaboratively with a large multi-d team
