The Role At Infin8 care, the Team Leader of Hotel Services is plays a vital role in the delivery of quality housekeeping and cleaning services which focus on infection control and ensure a safe and healthy living environment for aged care residents.Reporting to the Facility Manager, this position works alongside and is responsible for supervising cleaning and laundry staff to ensure high standards are maintained. As part of your role, you will review processes, identify improvement opportunities, complete audits and provide feedback to facility management as well as coach, mentor and train team members.About YouCompassionate, with a customer service mindset, you have leadership qualities and strong communication and problem solving skills.
