Good Luck Restaurant Lounge | Chefs The Venue Merivale is proud to announce a completely new restaurant concept coming to Sydney early 2024 Good Luck Restaurant lounge. Hidden in the basement of Burns Philip & Co building on Bridge Street and headed up by Executive Chef Mike Eggert (Totti’s) Good Luck takes inspiration from Tokyo, think Totti’s but add soy, dashi, vinegar with fresh herbs, citrus and chilli. The venue has been designed to feel like you’ve walked into a time capsule and stepped out into the rebellious and avant-garde 1970’s Tokyo underground scene. The main dining room is framed by three large fish tanks with live seafood, two wine rooms, private and semi-private dining rooms, and a bar. Who we are looking for: If you have experience in high volume elevated dining restaurants, thrive on delivering excellent food and an amazing guest experience and want to have a great time while working in the biggest venue since Totti’s puffed bread we would love to hear from you.
