Join Oaks Cairns Hotel as a full-time Restaurant Manager. This is your opportunity to manage the day-to-day operation of a successful Restaurant and Food & Beverage department.
You will oversee all the aspects relating to the management of the restaurant operations; including financial forecasting, rostering, and implementing promotions to increase food and beverage sales.
You will:
- Create exceptional dinning experiences for our guests
- Liaise with the chefs and head office F&B team on the restaurant menu
- Lead, mentor and train the Food & Beverage Operations team
- Understand, comply and promote health and safety policies and procedures
- Complete all daily, weekly and monthly reporting requirements
Expected Hours- 38 hours per week

Annual Salary Range: $70,000- $80,000 (excluding superannuation)
