We are a seeking an experienced Lead Artist - World Builder who specialises in organic, dessert, and rocks, to create and review assets on our broad range of PC and console projects.

Working with the other Artists, you will also assist in establishing artistic standards and best practices, help mentor and guide team members and foster a creative and collaborative environment.

While it is expected that this position will often be producing game ready assets a large part of the role will involve reviewing and providing feedback in regard to incoming third party assets. As such the candidate will need to have a high level of both technical and aesthetic skills. They will also need to be well organised and excellent communicators. All of these skills will need to be demonstrable.

Responsibilities

• Leading, guiding and reviewing outsourced art work
• Create and review exceptional assets within defined technical limitations. This includes but is not limited to – environments and prop models, characters, textures and materials

• 7+ years of industry experience creating high-quality 3D art assets for AAA games

The role includes managing a diverse caseload of approximately 50-60 clients, conducting NDIS sessions, group sessions, and EPC/Medicare 1:1 sessions. Caseload Breakdown:

10-15 NDIS sessions per week with $166.99 income per session.

1-2 group sessions/classes per week with 10-16 clients at $15-$22 per client.

5-10 EPC/Medicare 1:1 sessions per week at $129-$119 per session.

Salary Range:

AEPs earn between $2,500 - $3,500 GROSS per week. This translates to a minimum of $125,000 to $175,000 annually, or approximately $100,000 to $150,000 after rent is paid.

Day to Day task and duties:

-          Monitoring, evaluating and modifying treatment to measure progress and ensure effectiveness of intervention

-          Travelling to and from the participant's home

-          Writing comprehensive reports and physiotherapy plans based on your advanced clinical understanding, application of various clinical assessments and implementation of appropriate interventions

-          Responding to emails

-          Providing ongoing care

-       AHPRA registration

-       Relevant tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy

-       A high level of professional judgement and knowledge to provide a wide range of therapy supports

-       At least 3 years clinical physiotherapy experience

As a Talent Development Lead, you will consult with Business and Employee Experiences leaders to own the design and implementation of initiatives that have a real impact on advancing Adobe’s talent capabilities in our diverse region.

This role is a senior member of the APJ Talent Development team, partnering across Employee Experience to provide guidance, mentoring and role modelling a learning culture. An active contributor to the team and work with colleagues on projects and programs across all Adobe regions.

This role will require travel throughout the year (1-2 times approx,)

What you’ll have

• APAC Talent Development experience (SEA, Korea and Greater China) including planning, stakeholder engagement, facilitation, production & execution, data management and evaluation.
