We are looking for an experienced Support Worker to step up to the role of Lead: Direct Support Service Self Administering Team (SAT), bringing diverse experience to the team by offering mentorship and supervision to their team over 10 hours per fortnight. This will be in addition to continuing to work in their role supporting people with a disability.
The SAT Lead will utilise their experience, knowledge and skills to provide support and Guidance and mentorship to their team, facilitate a range of supervision options (group and/or individual) with members of their (SAT).
We’re looking for someone ready to advance to the next step in their career, who is motivated to increase the skillsets of their peers and support them in their work. The role will be a partly hybrid role offering flex to the right candidates.
