Your new role Execute the CX operations strategy by translating into objectives for the team to deliver. Ensure proactive risk management -all Underwriting decisions are managed within delegated authorities and referred/escalated where appropriate and underwriting guidelines are adhered to. Proactively engage with key partners for Business growth and liaise with relevant stakeholders to uplift the service experience. Use data & Insights to drive the Team and Underwriter productivity, actively contributing to achieving SME budgets on New Business and Retention Provide technical direction, leadership and coaching to underwriting staff.
