We are looking for a Full Stack Lead Solution Architect with a strong background in solution architecture and expertise in stakeholder management, technical documentation, third-party vendor management, and greenfield solution discovery. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of AWS backend services, service-driven UI, and API specifications, and will play a key role in designing and guiding technical solutions that meet our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Stakeholder Management:

  • Collaborate with senior business leaders, product managers, designers and business analysts to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

  • Facilitate communication between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for facilitating technical discussions and decision-making, ensuring stakeholder expectations are aligned.

• Solution Architecture & Discovery:

  • Lead discovery and design of greenfield solutions, working closely with cross-functional teams to evaluate technologies, frameworks, and architectures.

  • Develop high-level solution designs that address business needs, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.

  • Drive the adoption of best practices in architecture and development, ensuring alignment with organisational standards and technology strategies.

• Technical Documentation:

  • Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, design specifications, and integration plans.

  • Ensure documentation is clear, detailed, and accessible to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Review technical documentation as part of governance to ensure compliance with industry standards and organisational policies.

• Third-Party Vendor Management:

  • Facilitate engagement and management of third-party vendors and technology partners.

  • Oversee vendor relationships to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions that meet project requirements and timelines.

  • Manage contracts, service level agreements (SLAs), and vendor performance to ensure successful project outcomes.

• Technology Leadership:

  • Knowledgeable in designing and implementing solutions using AWS backend services, ensuring optimal use of cloud resources for scalability and reliability.

  • Provide architectural guidance for the development of Native iOS and Android applications, ensuring seamless integration with backend services.

  • Up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends and able to apply this knowledge to guide technology decisions and innovations.

The Pharmacy Operations Lead oversees a team of Pharmacy Operations Partners (POPs) and manages the day-to-day operations of Montu's pharmacy network. This role is critical in ensuring efficient pharmacy operations and maintaining exceptional relationships with pharmacy partners. The Pharmacy Operations Lead will work closely with the Head of Fulfilment to improve operational workflows, ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs), and enhance partner productivity.

Other responsibilities include:

• Lead and manage a team of Pharmacy Operations Partners, fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture focused on continuous improvement.
• Oversee core pharmacy workflows to ensure optimized efficiency and effectiveness across partner pharmacies.
• Review and implement improved SOPs to streamline operations and enhance service delivery.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with pharmacy partners, serving as a secondary point of contact for operational issues.
• Ensure partner pharmacies adhere to compliance standards and service level agreements, taking corrective actions when necessary.
• Develop performance dashboards and analyse data to identify trends, improve productivity, and optimize operations.

This role requires a proactive communicator adept at navigating and facilitating complex decisions across diverse stakeholder groups. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving project outcomes while ensuring alignment with our business goals and overall vision.

This project will initially run for four weeks, with the possibility of transitioning into a permanent, full-time role based on performance and project needs

Key Responsibilities

Stakeholder Management:

• Establish and build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, including executive leadership, business units, and external partners.
• Facilitate effective communications and reporting to ensure stakeholders are informed of project progress, risks, and issues.
• Collaborate with diverse stakeholders to define clear objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.

Governance:

• Agree and establish program governance frameworks to ensure alignment with organisational standards and best practices.
• Adapt and evolve the program governance framework through different stages of the project lifecycle.
• Monitor and provide regular reporting on project performance, ensuring transparency and accountability.

Third-Party Vendor Management:

• Facilitate management of third-party vendors and service providers.
• Oversee the delivery of vendor services, ensuring they meet agreed-upon requirements and timelines.
• Manage contracts, service level agreements (SLAs), and vendor relationships to ensure successful project outcomes.

Solution Discovery:

• Collaborate with Solution Architect to identify and evaluate potential solutions that meet business needs.
• Plan and coordinate the discovery phase of projects, including requirements gathering, feasibility studies, and solution assessments
• Drive decision-making by coordinating discussions and facilitating outcomes, ensuring that expectations and schedules are consistently aligned.

Project Leadership:

• Lead the end-to-end project management process, from initiation through delivery
• Manage project scope changes, ensuring that any modifications are documented, communicated, and approved as necessary.
• Develop and manage project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, risk, and resource management.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, meeting or exceeding stakeholder expectations.
• Understand commercial requirements and constraints
