The role In this role, based in the beautiful and iconic Mount Tomah Botanic Garden, you'll be leading a team to manage and maintain the horticultural functions across the estates, ensuring the living collections and garden areas are expertly cared for. Your day-to-day will involve supervising maintenance, coordinating with other horticultural staff, and providing technical advice on landscape development. You'll also be instrumental in staff development, fostering a culture of kindness and passion for horticulture, where everyone works safely and efficiently.
