As a Project Lead, you work collaboratively across the organisation to lead, plan and deliver change created by projects that impact process, people and systems.

Project Coordination - Assist the Project Team in managing, planning, and directing all aspects of the project to ensure the delivery of outcomes as agreed upon by the project sponsor.
