Job Description
The Hunter Power Project is the construction of a 660MW Power Station comprising of two heavy-duty open cycle gas turbines. Located in the Hunter Valley region of New South Wales, 35 km west of Newcastle.
HPP are looking for an experienced Lead Gas Turbine Engineer to join us, this is a 12 month tixed term opportunity.
The Lead Gas Turbine Engineer is responsible for providing engineering and administrative coordination for the installation of the gas turbine and all auxiliary equipment on the project. The primary challenge of this position is to ensure the project is technically supported throughout the entire project life cycle and is completed in a timely, cost effective and quality compliant manner meeting all specification requirements and consistent with the Hunter Power Project's values.
This role reports to the Engineering Manager, based in Hunter.
