About the role
As Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the provision of services at our hubs and managing the collaborative care journey within the MHAODSP service. You will lead the seamless integration of referral systems from Head to Health, ensuring compliance with contract, model, and fidelity requirements across all service streams. Your leadership will be instrumental in maintaining high standards of service quality, fostering an integrated approach to care, and driving operational excellence within the consortium.

Key Deliverables:

• Provide ultimate oversight and leadership for each hub, ensuring consistent practices and integrated service structures
• Work closely with managers to foster a cohesive approach to service delivery and innovation
