The Role

As a Senior Account Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in developing and managing Key Accounts across Australia and New Zealand. You will collaborate closely with cross functional teams to deliver exceptional solutions, ensure client satisfaction, and contribute to the Company’s revenue and market expansion strategies. Your ability to build relationships, understand client needs to identify and drive new opportunities in your portfolio will be essential to your success in this role.

Responsibilities

  • Account Management: Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive business growth, client retention, and customer satisfaction.
  • Client Engagement: Establish strong rapport with key stakeholders within client organizations to understand their business objectives, challenges, and requirements.
  •  Solution Presentation: Articulate our products and services effectively, presenting tailored solutions that align with clients' needs and drive value.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal teams, such as sales, marketing, product, and technical support, to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and resolve any client issues.
  • Upselling and Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities for growth, upselling and cross-selling additional products and services to maximize account revenue and expand business relationships.
  • Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiations for contract renewals, expansions, and pricing adjustments while ensuring alignment with company objectives and policies.
  • Market Insight: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market developments to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Customer Advocacy: Act as a customer advocate within the organization, conveying client feedback and requirements to drive product enhancements and improvements. Escalate critical client concerns internally and mobilize resources to resolve issues.
